Do you sell original or high-quality copy accessories?
We stock both! We carry 100% original branded accessories (like Anker, Ronin, Faster) as well as high-quality premium A-grade copies to fit every budget. Our staff will always be honest about the quality of the product you are buying.
Can I get a tempered glass/screen protector installed at the shop?
Yes. We provide professional screen protector and 9D glass installation on-site to ensure a bubble-free finish.
Delivery & Payments
Do you offer home delivery in Lahore?
Yes. We offer home delivery across Lahore via local riders or Bykea. Delivery charges depend on your distance from our Mughalpura shop.
Do you ship to other cities in Pakistan?
Yes. For customers outside Lahore, we ship via TCS or Leopards Courier. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
- In-Store: Cash, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
- Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) or Advance Bank Transfer.
Warranty & Returns
Is there a warranty on electronic items like chargers or airpods?
Many of our branded products (like Ronin or Faster) come with a company-issued warranty. For other items, we offer a 3-day checking warranty. If the item is faulty, we will replace it for you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been used. Please note that screen protectors and used back covers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer mobile repair services?
While we primarily focus on accessories, we do offer basic software installations and minor hardware troubleshooting. For major repairs, we can refer you to trusted technicians in our network.
