 We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy for returns and exchanges on mobile accessories is as follows:
 

Checking Warranty
 We offer a 3-day checking warranty for most electronic items (chargers, airpods, power banks).
 

Exchange Window
 Standard exchanges must be requested within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
 

Condition of Item
 Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Used items or those with damaged boxes will not be accepted for exchange.
 

Proof of Purchase
 A valid physical receipt or a digital order confirmation is required for all exchange or refund requests.
 

Defective Items
 If an item is found to be defective within the checking warranty, we will replace it with a new unit of the same model.
 

Screen Protectors/Glass
 Once a screen protector or 9D glass has been applied or the adhesive layer removed, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
 

Sale Items
 Products bought during «Clearance Sales» or «Flash Deals» are final and not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
 

Cash Refunds
 We primarily offer exchanges for different products or store credit. Cash refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is not available.
 

Return Shipping
 For orders delivered outside of Mughalpura, the customer is responsible for the courier charges to return the item to our shop.
 

Inspection Rights
 All returned items will undergo a technical inspection by our team before an exchange or refund is approved.
